These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘Terms’) govern the relationship between all website users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and the website “Isispharma.fr”, hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Isispharma.fr”, used by the company ISISPHARMA FRANCE.

The purpose of these terms is to provide a legal framework for the services offered on the website Isispharma.fr and to establish the conditions according to which Users may access and use said services.

By using this Website, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to access the services offered on the Website.

Isispharma.fr reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these Terms at any time. Therefore, the conditions that are in force on the Website at the time of use shall be applied.

1. Access to the Website

The website Isispharma.fr has been created to provide you with information about ISISPHARMA dermatological laboratory, its values, services, latest news, and cosmetic products.

The Website allows you to access the following services:

• Information about the products offered by Laboratoire Isispharma.
• General information about dermatological disorders.
• Information about where to find our products.
• Educational content about the field of dermocosmetics.

The Website can be accessed free of charge from anywhere and by any User with an internet connection. The User bears all the expenses that may result from accessing the Website (IT hardware, software, internet connection, etc.).

The Website uses all available means to ensure quality access to its services.  Since the obligation is the means, the Website shall not be held liable for failing to obtain this result. Isispharma.fr shall not be held liable in the event a force majeure causes the network or server to malfunction.

Access to the services on the Website may, at any time, be interrupted, suspended, or modified, without prior notice, for maintenance or any other circumstance. The User shall not claim compensation as a result of the Website being interrupted, suspended or modified.

2. Intellectual property

The company ISISPHARMA FRANCE belongs to the Dewavrin Cosmetics Group, which is comprised of all companies directly or indirectly owned by the company DEWAVRIN COSMETICS SAS.

This Website and its elements (most notably the brands, designs, logos, templates, graphics, images, sounds, videos…) as well as their compilation and layout, including downloadable content and any other content on the Website, are owned by ISISPHARMA FRANCE and/or the companies constituting Dewavrin Cosmetics Group. 

Therefore, the User must not disseminate or reproduce the Website, in part or in full, regardless of the format, without explicit authorization from ISISPHARMA FRANCE. Visiting the site does not confer upon the user any right other than the right to visit for strictly personal, private, and non-commercial uses.

Otherwise, the User must request via the contact page prior authorization from ISISPHARMA FRANCE to reproduce, publish or copy content. Users agree to use the content on the Website strictly for private uses. All commercial or promotional use is strictly forbidden.

As set forth in article L. 122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, Users who reproduce, copy or publish copyrighted content must cite the author and the source. All representations of the Website, in part or in full, regardless of the procedure used, without explicit authorization from the Website Owner, will constitute an infringement of article L. 335-2 and subsequent articles of the French Intellectual Property Code.

3. Liability and force majeure

The sources of information published on the Website Isispharma.fr are deemed reliable. However, the Website does not guarantee that said information is free from flaws, errors or omissions.

Isispharma.fr shall not be held liable should information on the Website fail to comply with legal provisions from other countries where Users reside, including circumstances in which certain products are not available in said countries or may not be in compliance with local regulations.

The website Isispharma.fr shall not be held liable in the event an incident, bug, or virus infects the User’s computer or damages the User’s hardware as a result of using, accessing or downloading content on the Website. 

Although the Website undertakes to use all the means necessary to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the User’s data, the Website shall not be held liable in the event of a force majeure or as a result of an unforeseeable and unavoidable act carried out by a third party.

5. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions are governed by French law and fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts. Should these terms be translated into one or several languages, only the French text will prevail in the event of a dispute.
